We deliver within South Africa to locations supported by our selected courier or delivery partners.
If international delivery is offered for a particular order, applicable shipping charges and arrangements will be communicated before the order is finalised.

Damaged Orders
If your book arrives materially damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Please provide:
- Your name and order details
- A description of the damage
- Clear photographs of the book and, where relevant, its packaging
We will assess the matter and arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive a different product or quantity from what you ordered, please contact us so that we can investigate and correct the order where appropriate.
